12. TERMINATION

View Royal Casino disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to accuracy of any information, products, services provided on its premises, website, or by other means and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from customer use of these materials.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between View Royal Casino and customers in relation to their entry to the casino and participation in gaming activities conducted within its premises.

15. AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS

View Royal Casino reserves all rights to revise or modify any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, and is not responsible for providing access or accommodations that may be required due to changes made hereunder.

16. ASSIGNMENT BY CUSTOMERS

These Terms and Conditions are personal obligations between View Royal Casino and each individual customer; therefore no assignment by customers will be binding on the casino unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. GOVERNING REGULATIONS

View Royal Casino is a provincially regulated land-based casino located at Colwood, BC within British Columbia's gaming laws and regulations framework.
